Patient access for better health to start in...

I had to go for a procedure at the Englewood hospital yesterday. While my overall experience was pleasant at the outpatient services desk and the actual procedure - what keeps on shocking me is how many times I need to enter the same information over and over again. I was never a patient at this hospital but when I called to make an appointment they took down all my information inclusive of a copy...
